GENERAL FAQs

We guarantee to send you the inspection report within 24 hours of completion.  The report will be emailed to you and also available in your account on our website.  If there are major quality issues we will contact you immediately once the inspection is complete to give you advance warning.
First you need to read through the services that we offer and choose which one we can help you with.  After reading through our checklist than you need to register for an account on our website.  Once you have an account you can login and send us your details.  We will send you a Pro Forma Invoice showing you the estimated costs for your approval.  Once you sign and fax back the Invoice to us you can sit back and relax as we will take care of your inspection needs according to your standards and send you the results when it is done.

Yes, all of our services will follow exactly AQL standards or those provided by you.  As we are only inspecting the goods we are not able to guarantee the product usefullness as that should be guaranteed by your supplier.  Also for Factory Audits we are only able to report the information provided by the Factory and our inspectors actual findings.  We cannot guarantee the veracity of their information.

STANDARDS FAQs
QC Partner general quality standards for production in China are according AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) standards based on MIL-STD-105E.  For more information please check our standards page.  If you prefer to use a different set of standards please feel free to contact us.

QC Partner is managed by North Americans and Europeans.  We have the ability to understand your needs, speak your language, follow your standards and get the results that you want.  We have been onsite in China for 15 years so we are able to not only inspect your products, but offer advice on how to solve inevitable quality issues.

PAYMENT FAQs
We currently have two payment otpions; Paypal and bank transfer.  Our account details will be provided on our Pro Forma Invoice.
