You are pretty sure that they supplier is using the correct parts and components and they have a good reputation for making good quality products, but you still want an independent source to inspect the goods before they are complete. As mentioned in our outline “everything that can go wrong will go wrong!” If you like to gamble than you can take your chances by exporting a shipment without insurance. If you are prepared for the potential loss if anything goes wrong than this is a great way to save a few bucks. If you don’t like to gamble with your business than there is absolutely no reason why you would send out any shipment from any supplier without having it inspected first.A Final Random Inspection will choose a specific quantity of completed products – quantity according to AQL – and inspect them according to your quality standards. After completing the inspection you can review the report and decide how to proceed. If the report is very good than you are ready to export your goods. If the report is not what you expected than you may consider a Full – 100 % product Inspection. The choice is up to you.
