QC Partner Standards + Sampling

We use internationally recognized quality control standards. Unless otherwise instructed we will use MIL-STD-105E standard.  Our AQL (acceptable quality level) is the maximum number of defects allowed for specific products.  Please see the table below for more information.

QC Partner Inspection Standards

QCP standards

A critical defect means that the product is unsafe to use.

A major defect means that the product can be used safely, but may not function 100%, or it may have an obvious appearance defect.

A minor defect means that the product is safe to use and functions properly, but is not up to the pre-determined quality standard.

QC Partner Sampling Methods

AQL Lot Size

If you are not sure what all this means lets take an example;  you have a current order of 1,000 pcs of a low valued product.  From the chart we can see that 80 pcs need to be inspected. For major defects the AQL is 2.5 so if there are 75 pcs that that are acceptable than the product inspection will pass and if there are only 74 pcs acceptable the inspection will fail.  For minor defects the AQL is 4.0 so if 73 pcs will pass and 72 pcs will fail.
